Return Policy

This policy applies to all merchandise purchases made from Gosford Classic Cars, online or instore.

 

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

Original register receipt
Proof of Purchase (included with all online purchases)

 

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Gosford Classic Cars will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and

The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and

The product is received by the nominated returns location within a period of no longer than 14 days after the purchase date stipulated by your provided proof of purchase; and

We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Gosford Classic Cars.

 

Consumer guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Gosford Classic Cars. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure or fault, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.

 

Bonus items/Bundled items

All bonus items attached to the purchased products, or all elements of any bundled items, must also be returned with the original purchase. If not, the value of any such unreturned Gift Card, bonus or bundled item or utilised portion of any Gift Card will be deducted from any refund, or your refund may be refused.

  

Special Exceptions

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on the following items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumer guarantees; or where otherwise required by law.

Return Locations

For products purchased online, you may return the item by sending it to:

Please include your completed Return Slip on the back of your Proof of Purchase with your goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within a period of 5 business days from receipt of goods at our nominated returns point.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within a period of 5 business days from notification of the returns approval.

If the refund is rejected, the item will be returned to sender within a period of 5 business days. Gosford Classic Cars will not reimburse postage or insurance costs for returned items unless the item is deemed to be faulty by the Gosford Classic Cars.

Payment Method

For all purchases, Gosford Classic Cars will refund using your original payment method only.
